It consists of several components: the classic 6 mm thick steel chain, the swan neck, the foam cover, and a plastic fiber sleeve. The steel chain, as well as the housing and the locking mechanism's support parts, are made of specially tempered steel. The term "swan neck" refers to two interlocking metal springs that ensure the lock's dimensional stability. This allows it to be bent into the desired shape and wrapped tightly around the bicycle frame. The foam ensures the lock's distinctive feel and rattling-free transport. The durable, highly flexible plastic fiber coating provides excellent protection against abrasion and scratches. Thanks to its shape stability and the foam insert, the lock is very easy to carry.
